Lessons for Christian Ministries from Heintz v Christian Horizons 

Christian Horizons, a Christian ministry, which requires its employees to sign a Statement of Faith and a Lifestyle and Morality Policy, was the subject of a human rights complaint when a staff member resigned after she felt she could no longer live according to the commitment she made when she signed the policy.

In this 10 minute interview the EFC's Faye Sonier invites Don Hutchinson, EFC vice-president and general legal counsel, to comment on lessons that churches and Christian Ministries can learn from the decision of the Ontario Divisional Court in the Heintz v Christian Horizons case (2010).
