The CFPL promotes biblical principles, from an evangelical perspective, on matters of law and public policy.

Don Hutchinson, B.A., J.D.

Don Hutchinson joined the EFC leadership team in 2006. Previously he served as a pastor with The Salvation Army, then established and led its national legal department. Don was a member of The Salvation Army's Council on Morals and Ethics for eight years, tracking and commenting on social issues from a biblical perspective.
Faye Sonier, LL.B.
Faye Sonier started with the EFC in 2008. Faye focuses on Canadian religious freedom and sanctity of life issues - from conception to natural death. Prior to joining the EFC, she worked in the Corporate/Charity law section of an Ottawa law firm.
Julia Beazley, BScH
Policy Analyst, Canadian and International Poverty
Julia Beazley has been with the EFC since 1999. She works on issues of domestic and global poverty, homelessness and human trafficking. She also serves as the Chair of Advocacy for StreetLevel: The National Roundtable on Poverty & Homelessness.

Coordinator, Religious Liberty Commission
Anita Levesque joined the EFC in 2008. Her responsibilities include serving as Coordinator for the Religious Liberty Commission and the International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church (IDOP) and Public Policy Initiatives Coordinator for the CFPL. Anita has over 20 years experience in pastoral ministry and 9 years experience with the Ottawa-based think-tank, The Centre for Cultural Renewal.
